Tang Soo Do
Tang Soo Do is a Korean style of martial arts and it is the traditional foundation of our system. We teach a style that blends Judo, Aikido, Small-Circle Jujitsu, Hapkido, Filipino Stick Fighting, Pressure Point Application, and Tae Kwon Do into a unique fighting system.
Power Rangers
This program is designed for children ages 4-6 years old. They will learn respect, listening techniques, and self control, as well as self defense skills.
The Rangers meet: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:00.
Juniors Class
This program is designed for children ages 7-13 years old. They will learn discipline, self control, self esteem, goal setting, and respect.
The juniors meet: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:10, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:10, Fridays from 5:30-6:10.

Adults
This program is designed for students begining at age 14 (in most cases). The adults will develop self-esteem, awareness, self-defense, attention to detail, goal setting and respect.
Monday-Wednesday 6:50-7:20, Thursday-Friday 6:10-7:00.

1. I will look for the good in all people and make them feel worthwhile.
